Today was my first day of the '30 Day Shred'!
I woke up at 5am. First, I did Level 1 of the 'Shred', then went for a 30 minute run outside. Let me tell you, it kicked my a$$, but felt GREAT! I am really happy I found this workout, because it is tough and challenges me! And that is exactly what I need right now!
I have to get summer and beach ready and I think this is just the trick! I am definitely sore, especially my arms! I can't wait for Day 2! :)
